Please read this important message because there is no way for us to send an email for some members to see it!
When you join SHYBA and TeamSideline, your email becomes a valuable way for us to contact you. In the last few days, several people have reported that they are not receiving emails from SHYBA/TeamSideline. Those are now fixed. Every enrolled player should get at least 1 email to the account holder at this point when they were assigned to their team.
REASON AND FIX: login to your account and look at your email address entry. If it is wrong, please fix it. If there is a red flag next to it, at some point you opted out of receiving emails. Remember - this is the only way that we can contact you. SHYBA relies on the email as the primary Team Sideline point of contact. If you need the opt-out flag removed - please create a Contact Us ticket and pick the Technical Support Option under the Subject choices. This will help alleviate further frustration on your part and keep you informed. THANKS.
