This page is for Commissioners and Coaches to provide end of Season Pleyer evaluations for their league/team. 

We are going to try to do these evaluations earlier this year to get the coaches to complete them before the season ends and they don't have the players in front of them anymore.

It usually takes about 3-4 emails to finally get the actual evaluation by the end of the season.  Please have each of your coaches fill this out and send it to me at your earliest convenience.  It would be helpful to add them all in a single Excel workbook.  They can also be combined in a single workbook.  Have your coaches take the time to discuss amongst themselves and evaluate to the best of their ability. We only need one evaluation sheet from each team. This is an extremely useful tool for us to use when conducting the draft for next season! We will also be able to use this data next year in case players are not to come to league evaluations. Thank you so much for your attention in this matter!
